Establishing/Cancellation/Change Service Print


Establishing Service

The following is required in order to establish water, sewer or garbage collection service with the City of Brooksville:

• Utility Service Application (Existing Construction) (New Construction)
• Driver’s license or state issued ID
• A copy of home ownership or lease/rental agreement
• Deposit

Please allow one (1) business day advanced notice for service connection.

201 Howell Avenue
Brooksville, FL 34601

Hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Cancellation of Service

Cancellation of service can be scheduled by contacting Customer Service at (352) 540-3810.  Cancellation may also be made in person at 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksvile, FL 34601.  Please provide a forwarding address at the time of cancellation.  Final bills and service fees will be deducted from your deposit.  If you are due a refund or owe a final bill, it will be forwarded to your new address within thirty (30) days of disconnection.

Please allow one (1) business day advanced notice for disconnection of service.


Change of Mailing Address

Mailing address may be changed in person, over the phone or via mail providing us with proper ID information.
