The First Tee of Brooksville Life Skills Golf Program
The First Tee of Brooksville provides young people of all backgrounds an opportunity to develop life-enhancing values such as, confidence, perseverance and judgment through golf and character education.
All First Tee of Brooksville participants follow a specific Code of Conduct and adhere to The Nine Core Values while in the program. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate The First Tee Code of Conduct and The Nine Core Values into each lesson plan taught & into each child's life whether it be on or off the golf course.
To learn more about registering your participant please read both the "Registration Guide" and "Registration Form". The "Registration Form" MUST be filled out completely and submitted three (3) days prior to the start date of class in order to reserve a spot.
*Please note that when your have successfully registered, a confirmation E-mail / phone call will be sent informing you of enrollment.*
The First Tee of Brooksville participants advance from one level to the next based on their progression and mastery of various golf and life skills. It is common for participants to repeat classes at every level. Please refer to both "Certification Information" & "Quick Glance" forms.
*ALL participants MUST complete these requirements to advance to the next level. NO EXCEPTIONS!*
Programming & Locations
The First Tee of Brooksville has now been an accepted program in three (3) of our community's great golf courses! Please see "Program Flyer" & "Calendar" to choose which location/day is best for you.
*Only 10 participants are currently being accepted for each class time on a first come first serve basis.*
The success of The First Tee program world-wide is dependent upon a community of volunteers willing to donate their time, talent and treasure.
*Golf Knowledge or ability is not required to volunteer - simply a passion for kids.*
No matter how big or small your level of donor commitment is, we at The First Tee of Brooksville need people like you to grow and impact the children throughout Hernando County.
